ServiceNow is the service management tool that Information Technology uses for handling IT service requests and problems at the University. When you submit a ticket online, or call 6555 your request is logged into ServiceNow so that our team can track your request and work to quickly resolve it.
We will be upgrading our current version of ServiceNow, which has reached its end-of-life, to the newest version, ServiceNow Istanbul. This change allows us to take advantage of ServiceNow’s updated user interface and navigation while upgrading the tool to the most recent version. The new version will be available after April 3, 2017.
