In March 2017, we announced the project to upgrade the University’s fleet of Xerox multifunctional print devices to newer models. We are pleased to announce that the project was completed in July. This project was part of a new agreement between the University of Ottawa and Xerox. 478 devices were replaced with new models. This was accomplished with minimal disruption and little downtime. The feedback has been positive, with users noting that there was almost no learning curve to using the new devices.
