About IT-Reps Zone
Information Technology Representatives (IT-Reps) provide their faculties and services with IT support. Together with Information Technology, they form the University’s IT team.
This website is a place for you to share knowledge and expertise. Find out what’s happening.
Are you an IT-Rep?
- Do you provide or coordinate Desktop support (hardware and/or software) for your faculty or service?
- Does your job description reflect this responsibility?
If you answered yes to the questions above, you should be part of the IT-Reps listserv.
The IT-Reps listserv exists for two main purposes:
- It is used by Information Technology to brief the IT community about daily computing news and issues.
- It allows IT-Reps to share and discuss ideas, projects and general computing issues.
To become a member of the listserv, have your supervisor make a request on your behalf via the TOPdesk request form or by contacting the Service Desk at 613-562-5800 extension 6555.
Do you have a question or need help?
The most efficient way for us to receive your service requests is through the Topdesk request form. Call the Service Desk at extension 6555 for all emergencies.
