Change to FNEA procedures

The procedures for requesting a Full Name Email Address (FNEA), ex., were recently updated on the Information Technology website. FNEAs are no longer automatically generated when a new Exchange email account is created. To request a FNEA, users will be required to submit a Service Desk request.
