If you are encountering issues when authenticating on the MFA system, you will need to re-register your mobile devices or tokens to proceed with your login. Please complete the self-migration process to enable the new MFA or contact the Service Desk (613-562-5800 ext. 6555) for assistance. Due to increased call volume, wait times may be longer than usual.
