We’re back! Morisset Service Desk opens September 7

We’re here and happy to help. The Service Desk is offering both in-person and virtual services for the fall session. Technical support is available at the Morisset Service Desk starting September 7… and yes, under our masks, we’re smiling and ready to help you!  If you need help with your Wi-Fi, IT accounts, or other technical issues, you can come visit us. All required public health and safety protocols are in place. No appointment is needed.

Morisset Service Desk, in-person support (MRT Hall, room 104)

Monday to Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Note:  If you plan on visiting us, you are required to follow the health and safety measures set out by the University of Ottawa and the Library

Extended Service Desk hours, online support

Not on campus and need technical support? Phone lines can get very busy at the start of a school year, learn more about our services and and hours of operation. Submit a ticket so that your request can be logged and tracked - you’ll even receive an email when there is an update. Outside of regular business hours and on weekends, extended support is offered by trained uOttawa students.

Labour Day weekend (September 4 – 6):

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After September 7

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
