Our hours

Telephone support:

Regular hours of operation for telephone support are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Extended support through trained uOttawa students is offered on Monday to Friday from 4:30 to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requests that fall outside their area of expertise will be addressed as priority requests the following business day.
