Service Desk – Get help!
We’re here to meet your technological needs. You have various options for getting help. Whether you have a question, request or problem about Office 365, your uoAccess credentials, MFA, software, hardware or else, you can count on us.
Regular hours of operation for telephone support are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Extended support through trained uOttawa students is offered to answer online requests only on Monday to Friday from 4:30 to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requests that fall outside their area of expertise will be addressed as priority requests the following business day.
Morisset Service Desk
Due to current circumstances and to ensure the health and safety of our staff, the Service Desk is only open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Until further notice: only users with a workstation reservation at the Library can access in-person support at our Morriset IT Service Desk.

- Good Friday: April 2
- Easter Monday: April 5
- Victoria Day: May 24
- Canada Day: July 1
- Civic Holiday: August 2
